We offer free standard shipping on all supplement orders delivered within the United States (50 states + D.C.).
We ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx at our discretion.
To help protect product quality in warmer months, we may ship Monday–Thursday and/or use insulation/ice packs
at our discretion.
Please bring deliveries indoors promptly
upon arrival. We are not responsible for quality degradation due to packages left outside.
If requested, Fees for delivery insurance will apply.
Return Policy
All purchases of the Aetherion programs are final. After your order is confirmed and medical intake filled out, we ship your entire protocol and are unable to reuse the products after they have left our facility. Because of this, we are unfortunately unable to accept returns on the products once they have been shipped.
